A customer journey is a great way to visualize the customer experience before, during, and after they use your product or service. In this Booster Program, you will gather user insights and arrange them in a Customer Journey Map that shows the customer experience from your users' point of view.

In Designing the Customer Journey, we are working on visualizing the customer experience of your service. Based on the user insights you are collecting, you will be able to identify where you need to improve the customer experience.

By using our step-by-step method, developed from over 10 years of service and business design consulting, you will be able to develop your service to be even more valuable to your users or customers.

I will work hands-on with you throughout the entire process. Your customer journey is built through weekly exercises, downloadable templates, hands-on coaching, and lots of support from experts and peers. 100% online with group sessions on Zoom.

Please reach out if you have any questions about the schedule or content!

How much time is required?
Around 2 hours per week for 6 weeks. Around 60 mins for the group sessions + time to dig into the weekly exercises. Beyond that, it is up to you and how much time you are willing to put into designing your service concept.

Are there any technical requirements?
You’ll need to have access to a good internet connection, and a quiet space for the weekly sessions.

Do you offer flexible pricing?
We are committed to making the Booster Program available to those who do not have the means to pay the full price. If you are a student, unemployed, or a minimum wage worker - please contact me and describe your situation. We are also offering group discounts for teams from the same organization, and sometimes referral discounts.

Is the course material available after the Booster Program has ended?

The material is available for 2 months after the program has ended. After that, you still have free access to the online community for support and continued learning.

Are the group sessions recorded, in case I cannot join?
Yes, they are recorded and available. However, watching a recording will not fully replace the experience of participating.

Can I attend the Booster Program even if I can’t make it to the weekly sessions?
We don't recommend participating in the Booster Program if you can't make it to the sessions. Making time and space for your idea during these weeks will help you to get the most out of the program.

Do I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, if you complete all parts of the Booster Program you will receive a certificate.

What are your Terms of service?

You'll find them here.

I just want to ask my questions to a real person..

Of course, we get that! Reach out via email or messenger and we'll set up a time to talk in person.
