In the Booster Program you will design a Customer Journey Map and get an outside-in perspective on your service. The customer journey map will help you to create a strong and long-lasting relationship with your customers and is your roadmap for the future improvements.

This course is delivered online with live group sessions. It utilizes simple methods and tools for you to design a customer journey map. You will be able to share your work with other participants and get valuable feedback. The course is 20% theory and 80% practice.

INSTRUCTOR

Your instructor Susanna Nissar is the founder of Social Innovation Booster. She has extensive experience as a service & business designer. The step-by-step method that we use in this Booster Program is developed from more than 10 years of service and business design consulting. Susanna has worked with many of the Swedish public sector organizations to design services that citizens value and trust. She co-founded the service design agency Expedition Mondial and is a also a mentor and advisor to female impact-oriented entrepreneurs.

FAQ

 

How much time is required?
Around 2-3 hours per week. Around 60 mins for the group sessions + time to dig into the weekly exercises. Beyond that, it is up to you and how much time you are willing to put into it.

 

Are there any technical requirements?
You’ll need to have access to a good internet connection, and a quiet space for the weekly sessions.

Do you offer flexible pricing?
We are committed to make the Booster Program available also to those who do not have the means to pay the full price. If you are a student or unemployed - please reach out  and describe your situation.

 

Is the course material available after the Booster Program has ended?

The material is available for 2 months after the program has ended. After that, you still have free access to the online community for support and continued learning.

Are the group sessions recorded, in case I cannot join?
Yes, they are recorded and available. However, watching a recording will not fully replace the experience of participating.

Can I attend the Booster Program even if I can’t make it to the weekly sessions? 
We don't recommend participating in the Booster Program if you can't make it to the sessions. Making time and space for your idea during these weeks will help you to get the most out of the program.

Do I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, if you complete all parts of the Booster Program you will receive a certificate.
