Around 2-3 hours per week. Around 60 mins for the group sessions + time to dig into the weekly exercises. Beyond that, it is up to you and how much time you are willing to put into it.

Are there any technical requirements?
You’ll need to have access to a good internet connection, and a quiet space for the weekly sessions.

The material is available for 2 months after the program has ended. After that, you still have free access to the online community for support and continued learning.
