Social Innovation Booster Terms and Conditions

Social Innovation Booster develops knowledge resources with the aim of democratizing the access to service design and innovation tools. We offer Booster Programs to impact driven individuals and organizations who neither have the expertise to do it all by themselves, nor the budget to work with service design agencies. By participating in our Booster Program and respecting our copyright terms and conditions, you make our work possible. The material in our Booster Programs and community (videos, workbook, templates, presentations, graphics, illustrations, content on the Mighty Networks platform) are protected by copyright laws. By participating in our Booster Programs, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that apply to this material. Please read this text carefully, as it contains important information about your role to uphold our intellectual property and copyright.  If you cannot agree to the terms, please refrain from using our services.

By participating in a Booster Program, or on the Social Innovation Booster community platform, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The material (videos, workbook, templates, presentations, graphics, illustrations, content on the Mighty Networks platform) in the Booster Programs and on the Social Innovation Booster platform are created by, and proprietary to Nissar Co-creative AB, a company registered under the laws of Sweden. Nissar Co-creative reserves the Copyright to all its works and materials. 

  2. Participating in the Booster Program grants you ONE license of using the material for personal or professional use

  3. If multiple users from your organization would like to participate in the Booster Program, please contact us to learn more about options for obtaining a group license

  4. The material in the Booster Programs is provided only to participants and may not be copied or re-distributed. The material may not be stored in any retrieval systems, or transmitted in any form, or by any means

  5. If you wish to share parts of the material, you need to obtain express permission of the author and copyright holder in writing. Please contact us for inquiries for sharing the material whether printed or digital, in original or adapted form, as a standalone tool or included in software or digital/printed files or publications, for commercial or non-commercial use, to any third party,

  6. If you want to use any content of the material from this program in your professional practice, as a consultant, creative, educator, incubator, or agency, please contact us to learn about the options and pricing for obtaining a license for this purpose. This includes sharing the tools with your clients, trainees, or team.

  7. Code of Conduct. At the Social Innovation Booster platform, we strive to create an inclusive, equitable environment where all people involved feel valued and respected, whatever their gender, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or disability. We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach and respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages. A user behavior or a content that doesn't align with these values will result in a termination of the membership after a written warning. Social Innovation Booster takes no responsibility for the behavior of its users other than the above stated actions.

  8. If you are part of a Booster Program delivered by any of our Content Providers, you agree to follow their terms and conditions

  9. Participating in a Booster Program enables you to share User Content (for instance posts, assignments, projects) with instructors and other users on the platform. User Content does not include material made available on the Social Innovation Booster platform by our instructors or by our Content Providers. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the User Content you share. You grant Social Innovation Booster the right to use your user content within the platform.

  10. Social Innovation Booster respects the intellectual property rights of our Users, Content Providers, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using our Service. We have adopted and implemented the Social Innovation Booster Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable laws.

  11. Social Innovation Booster is located in Stockholm, Sweden. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be settled in the General Court with the Stockholm District Court as the legal forum for any such dispute.
